• Carl - Lead Pastor


    Carl enjoys helping people and leaders discover and develop new directions in their spiritual lives, relationships and leadership. His love for Jesus and people provides opportunities to bring hope for any challenge. Carl is married to Lori and they have three grown children and two wonderful grand-children, whom they visit whenever they can. Carl enjoys fly fishing and gardening, both of which provide times for great relaxation and reflection.

  • Curtis - Youth Pastor


    Curtis loves to establish close-knit communities of youth through building authentic relationships. He loves watching young people flourish in an environment where they know they are loved unconditionally. Curtis is married to his amazing wife, Maureen and they have a new daughter, Macrina. Born and raised in the Portland area, Curtis has been working in youth ministry since 1992, serving in Young Life and with several Presbyterian churches. Curtis earned his B.S. in Secondary Education in 1994 and completed the Masters of Divinity program at George Fox Seminary in 2004 with a focus on team building.

  • Sharry - Ministries Coordinator

    Sharry began as (half-time) Ministry Coordinator at Oak Hills Church in December, 2000, and has been a member at Oak Hills Church since moving to Oregon in 1979. Sharry has a deep love for her Lord, desire to serve, and truly enjoys people of all ages. Sharry is married to her childhood sweetheart and has 3 sons and a daughter who now have families of their own including five wonderful and beautiful grandchildren! Sharry also loves teaching preschool here at Oak Hills Church.
